He's like the guy when there's a coffee table set on there is like "$30,000.00 Bob!" Then Bobs like "30k you say? It's a coffee table..." "Yes Bob, 30k, final answer!"

Oh I'm sorry, it was only a $200.00 coffee table, you went over $29,800 bucks.

So yeah, that's basically what he did.

    Meltom and skyviper73 Thank this.

At the Loves on I77, Exit #1 in VA. Pick up a relay about 3 hours from here in the morning and then it's off to Boston for a Friday morning delivery.

Got into the Gary shop around 1800 and they were finished putting new steer tires on by about 2130. Not too bad although I did sorta spy through the garage doors to see how it was going. Not a whole lot of motivation there. At least it's done and oh so nice having the new treads. Feels like a new truck again.

Took the relayed coil from Gary to an Indianapolis truck stop to trade trailers with another driver. He is getting married Saturday and lives in TN so the coil going to KY helps him out. Coincidentally he is a buddy from orientation. So that was cool.

I got two giant aluminum beer cans from him and now sit at the consignee in La Crosse, WI for an 0700 delivery. 627 miles today; had 9 min left on the 11 hour clock.

After this I am supposedly going to get routed through Marshfield as my tractor has been selected to receive one of the new fuel warming systems for trial purposes... Yikes hope it only brings positive things. Cause you know the rule: If it ain't broke...

I'm not following, going thru the mothership then making the delivery? If so ask for a relay.
