In Lewiston ME waiting on my follow up load...got a short one to MA...but i'll take it..

 

I was in the Love's in Sonora, OH last night. Good thing I got there when I did. Very few spots! Now I sit at my shipper in Bedford Heights. They gave me a load to CT that drops on the 9th. I called my fleet mgr and said my daughters surgery is tomorrow. She said go pick it up and she would look at it. I better get home by tomorrow morning. She knew about this well in advance!

 

shots, just keep on her every couple hours, remind her when you told her about it

 

Yea when it comes to things like that you need to be reminding them all the time, days before, cause most FM have the memory span of a fish and the others simply do not care.. and ALWAYS ALWAYS plan ur time before its time. if u need to be there for the 9th.. then u set your hometime arrival for the 7th

 

Yeah I am with the others...you have to stay on top of the FMs...I was late for formation this weekend because they had to find a load to Jax.... I would have made it if they wouldn't have sent me to a shipper that takes their sweet time to load...so I ran out of hours...
I am sitting in a mom and pop truck stop in ME on ME4...its not too shabby...picked up some paper going to a cons around springfield MA...hopefully my next load is out of New England...I hate being in the NE...

 

Sitting at the Grand Blanc processing plant in Holly, MI. Been here since 12. It's 4:40 now. 2 trucks in front of me so shouldn't be more than an HOUR! 3 Roehl trucks behind me. One said he was out of hours at 3. Man this place is SSSSLLLLLOOOOOOWWWWWW!
