Roehl Driver Check In

I was supposed to have been reviewed last month. Never heard back. Guess they didn't like my driving. Under control, just too fast to be a trainer. LOL Probably for the best. I like to GO!

Funny thing tho.... I have been a trainer if every job I have done, except this one???

He sat for an hour and a half after he got unloaded waiting for a dispatch..When he got it, he had 45 minutes to go 60 miles. He had to be there by 2 to pick up the load and needless to say, he didn't make it. The load was already in the system, it was DrtyD's preplan. He did get another load..Conshohocken PA to Iowa, but I'm guessing there is going to be an unhappy customer in Green Bay come Monday morning.

 

The chinese fire truck and I made it to Glendive, MT (I-94 XT 213), which was as far as we could go given the constraints of 11 hours drive time and 63mph governed speeds. But even with some construction in the twin cities and some snowy/rainy weather for 2/3 of the trip across North Dakota, we still managed to log 662 miles

It is almost exactly that many miles to the MT/ID border so it is reasonably certain that tomorrow night will also be spent in Montana. Idaho has a daytime restriction on the western regional permit, so we can't go across that state border until 0723 Pacific STANDARD Time on Sunday. Not used to starting my driving in daylight...

 

So that's why I didn't get that pre plan. I didn't leave the port until 1430. I will say though, I had one cute girl as my twic escort. I won't get a twic card as long as I go to that port and get her to lead me around haha.

I probably met him. I just left the steel mill in conshohocken, pa. I'm at a service plaza on the PA turnpike. Shutting down for tonight. It seems like there were 6 maverick drivers there and 4 Roehl guys haha.

I got 340 miles to go tomorrow. Gonna take my 10 and boogie on down the road. Layover coming my way.

Got loaded in Dollar Bay, MI going to Lake Placid, NY with a stop in Buffalo, NY. Sitting on US-2 at I-75 at that bp.

 

Well went to pick up my trailer from home time and another Roehl driver parks it RIGHT in front of my trailer. THEN king pins locks it. Now this ##### doesn't come out until tomorrow morning and I have to be 1145 miles by Monday at 7am. I didn't want to push this load but it seems this "person" has gave me no choice.

I will be furious come 7am and that "person" is not here.

 

Couldn't you umm call someone to cut it?
