Notez sorry for the luck... I hope things get better. I know when something goes wrong it seems like everything goes crazy. I stinks having to loose that many miles. I am sitting in Marshfield still, with a whole bunch of other van trucks, seems they had a pretty slow day for frieght up here. I hope to get out of here tomorrow, we will see. I want to give a shout out to the guys in the shop here at Marshfield, they did a great job on my truck, got everything fixed and ready to go again for me. Now all I need is a load...

sitting at GP in Palatka FL...the load isn't ready hell they don't even have a trailer assigned to it either (btw it was supposed to be ready by 0048est today and I showed up @0345, why GP does this I have no flipping Idea)....so there goes my trip planning out the door...

I could have done a 34 if I would have stayed in Jax...but no weekend disp..told me to go to GP ASAP.....but now I sit 14 hour clock ticking away...load not ready..was told it was going to be ready after 0030 this morning....they haven't even assigned a trailer to the load yet...so now I wait...going to collect detention time too...(have I mentioned I really hate GP because of the appt times and most of the time my trailer isn't ready at that time...)

Why not call GP next time, before going over there.

    That's what we do.....

Saves alot of wasted time !!

Well 18 hours and $1,113 later and my truck has a new starter. My load picks up 200 miles away in the morning. So at least I'll get a 34 hour restart in.

Well I could have had a 34 hour if night/weekend wouldn't have pushed me to get to the GP mill....I am still waiting...they have not even assigned a trailer to the load yet...shipping has no Idea what is going on.....Oh well i will sit and collect detention time over this....but I know now that this load will be lucky to make it on time...
