Déjà Vu at the same truck stop as Friday night. Same parking spot too. Still cold in southeast Missouri. Low 30's. was hoping it would be a little warmer.


So I get this load and was given delivery of 16:00 on Wednesday, I said ok. FM comes back and asks me when I plan on delivering. I asked what are you talking about? I plan on delivering when I'm supposed too. She comes back saying just checking as it was already late. So when I check in at shipper, Qualcomm comes back with appt change to Thursday at 0900. As of right now I'm less than 600 miles from con.

 

Yeah that's bs. I'd tell them ill be there 0800 Wednesday

 

BC and gate 2 are different street they ran parallel and you could get to either by side streets.

 

Yeah was planning on it at least shoot for original time. I have to call con tomorrow anyway as "no directions found". It's south of I-10 down US-90.

At home, headed out in morning. Called for my preplan today. FM didn't have one when I called. He calls a few hours later with one. Pick up about 5 miles from my house going to WI. DAM wish he would have said that earlier, I would have picked up my truck to bring it to me so it is easy for the wife in morning. 45 minutes later he calls, planner changed it. You pick up an Owens Corning load going to Ohio. So in the end it works out. Easier load with more miles!

 

I like going to owens corning, they are quick about loading there.
