Roehl Driver Check In

Talked to shipper my load has already been picked up and they wont load me until tomorow even if i get a new load number. slept all day preparing for night shift so no back on this industrial road ####. why does roehl make ####### appiontments at the exact time the place closes. my appiontment was 1700 the place ####### closes at 1700. wtf i been burned by this a few times already.

 

I've learned customer service is a joke. Now when I have an appt for late in the day I call the customer to confirm. Unless its at GP, I know they're open 24/7

 

At the pilot in fremont IN for the night. Than off to Baltimore in the morning.

 

Shoot I run my tv, laptop and Xbox off the same inverter. A 400watt cobra I bought off Walmart.com

 

Dam Driver that sucks. Did they at least get you another load?

 

I have heard some horror stories about that place. You might be waiting awhile. I have only been there once but my load was ready.

 

At the Kangaroo P-Lot in Senotobia, MS. The day started quite windy and wet but got better the farther South I went. It will be nice not to run anything tonight while I am sleeping.

 

I waited for 18 hours at the GP in Palatka once....but they never chased me off the property...I parked right by the MT drop yard.....hmm must've changed the policy....god I am glad I don't haul that heavy #### anymore......

although I have once waited for 30 hours for a meat plant to finish a load....but got paid for it without jumping through all the #### hoops.....

 

GP palatka when under different management. They took the soda and vending machine and also the bathroom. You used to be able to sit on bobtail but now you have to go off property. I waited 8 hrs for a load there once. Usually in and out there. That could go for any GP really anywhere.
