Meh i am driveing with another driver hauling the same load as me. Wants to run with me, I wanted to go to ohio tonight. but he lives near fremont in so he wanted to stop there so he can go home for the night. He dosent want to leave till 10 am tomorrow. I am thinking thats a bad idea for finding a truck stop tomorrow night.

He may be on his own tomorrow, feel kinda bad about thinking of leaveing without him. Hes a new driver so i do feel bad. But i dont want to screw up my day over him wanting to go home for the night and sleep in. 8 more hours to drive to baltimore and deliver at 8 am Monday.

Don't leave at 10, you'll never find parking. It's nice running with someone, but this is our job not a road trip. Gotta look out for yourself. Leave as early as you can, not much parking out that way.

Edit: if you do leave at 1000 ill probably catch up to you on my way to Risingsun.

I'm thinking Hagerstown, MD might be as close as you get to Baltimore truck stops anyway. Not sure if there's another after that. If that's the case you want to get there before 1400-1500 on a Sunday.

I would have kept rolling into Ohio. On weekend runs I know I don't like having to drive off a bunch of miles to get close to the cons. If I have to do, it is 10 and go. Treefork is right, after that P-Lot at the 24 on 70 ( I assume you are being routed down 76 to 70) the only places left to park before Baltimore is a rest area and a weigh station.

ive been out scince the 19th, one down day turned into a reset cause they couldnt find a load for me. sposed to get home Christmas eve...heres hoping

check the transformer on your laptops' power cord, there should be a label with the info ya need. look for input, mine says input is 100-240V, 50-60 HZ, 2.0A (2.0A)

translation, it will draw UP TO 2.0 amps at 100-240 volts. Watt=amps X volts. mine needs 240 watts, i also have a cobra 400 i picked up at a pilot on sale fpr 30 bucks. works great. i have no explanation for why DDs' 400 watter runs all that stuff, though i suspect my laptop very rarely draws max watts....

It only runs 400 watts if you go direct to battery. My Xbox uses 120 watts, 60watts for my tv, and 45watts for my laptop
