I thought you packed it up a couple of months ago because Roehl wasn't getting you any miles.

After spending the weekend in subzero windchill Minneapolis ('Django' was awesome, BTW) where I lost count of how many times (at least 15 or 20) the autostart kicked in over the 38 hour layover period, delivered the garage doors parts then picked up two loads of roofing shingles, one of which was dropped as a relay at the So St Paul yard. The other I took to Dayton, OH this morning. Now in Cuyahoga Heights, OH at the slinky shipper waiting on a 13:00 load appt tomorrow. Maybe they'll load me early. One can only hope. Then on to Union, SC.

Yeah I had three palletized coils on a really old trailer myself. It was sagging to. I don't get it either. Also it had a tarp that looked like Swiss cheese.

Up in Appleton getting my 90 day inspection.

At the service plaza mm 56 on the INTR. This sucks, I should be a lot farther down the road but instead of just heading to GP to pick up the trailer my FM sends me a message telling me I will bobtail to GP so bring your mt to Gary. What??? Then I get a message telling me to belay that and take your mt to Nabisco in Chicago. I was like, Really? So all that goofing around getting the trailer dropped was just killing my 14 because I started at 0300. I think I have like 360 miles to the cons.

Get to Gary about 0845 this morning just as a rest stop and to pick up supplies. Let fm know that I can make appt up to 12 hrs early if they want to try and move it up. Was told nope can't do it, however trucks do for a pm, so it got a pm and I'm now around 300 miles from cons. Glad I had that buffer. Was 19 miles from planned stop, and traffic was stopped. I-80 closed xt 216 for a downed power line across road, east, and west.
So at pilot xt 201 I-80 Iowa.

Lantern, what time did you leave Gary this morning? I passed a maroon truck at the rr tracks as I was coming in a little before 9. It was pulling a flat too.

In Gary, they can't get to my bunk heater tonight, no bunk rooms. Low of 21. Lets hope my space heater doesn't overrun the inverter tonight, wish me luck, or say hey if I'm sleeping in the lounge.

Dang sucks man. Not even a truck there you could just use for the night as a bunk room? A loaner or something?

Delivered to Stevenson AL Smurfit stone place. Since its rained for days on end constantly, the dock was at a slant, I had scrap cardboard. So a mix of cardboard, dirt, trash etc along with water from the rain pooled up by the dock. They had pump trucks pumping out water, the water mark was over my raised landing gear. Place was a mess but interesting that made me laugh. Then off to adamsville tn for bath tubs going to lowes in finlay oh for tomorrow. From yesterday to today it hasn't stopped raining. I did develop ice on my antennas at one point, temp dropped to 35. With so much water on the road I peddled to the metal to FJ in Franklin kY. Reefer driver tried a pull thru and failed, then tried to back in the same spot and gave up. Lol thank u sir ill take it.
