Still home, launch tomorrow, maybe they will head me south.......did get the door to my side box bolted back on ( it's the second door to fall completely off ) and polished my headlights so I should be able to see the road at night now. Packed an extra blanket seeing as I can actually see my breath in the truck on cold mornings. Hope they retire this truck soon. OK back to the ball game.

On a two-stop gypsum run from the Gary terminal to Georgia. Parked outside the customer gate at stop 1 in Kennesaw, near Atlanta, for a 0600 delivery tomorrow, then on to a job site in Waynesboro, south of Augusta. Happy to be in pleasant weather :)

I spent a 34 hour reset at home which was awesome. Went to my sons basketball tournament on saterday. His team got second place which was great to see. I really like it when it works out unplanned when i can get home to see those events, due to loads lining up right allowing me to pop in.

Currently at the Loves in Sioux city Iowa, deliver at 8 am 9 mins from here.

    Treefork and Bayle Thank this.

That's great that you got to be home for that. We miss so much out here.

So true. No kids of my own, but nephews nieces friends kids. I try to help out. One close cousin I have just had a son. We already have plans to make him a hockey defenseman. Not to push him, but just a nudge, he already will have sports in his blood as his father made it to AA baseball, but hockey is true favorite, but so expensive.

my daughters birthday last year I had a load going to j-Ville and plenty of time. I thought I was going to miss it but it worked out and I could drive home then back and still deliver the load. It is awesome when I works out.
