Too bad about the idle% and the QC monitoring it, otherwise you could blame the extra fuel consumption on the extra weight of a student. :biggrin_2559:

Great weekend with the family is over, back out! Had to thaw out the truck this morning. Got in, turned on Auto-start, truck turned off once for the next 5 hours. I had a two stop delivery, would stop, turn off truck with auto-start on. 30 seconds later truck was back on. -7 for most of my morning in MN! Sitting in Iowa now, south of I-80 on US-218. Cozy little spot. Headed to Georgia for Thursday delivery. Getting warmer, only 12 degrees now. :biggrin_25522:

Cold for VA too, truck just fired up, unusual for it to start this early into a break. Dash temp showing 29, weather app showing 18. I trust app more.

They fixed my truck get to sleep in it. Air leak is still there but slightly better. Had to go to the dealer to fix the antifreeze leak. Hopefully they have a good load out of here for me.

Audible air leak can get you put out of service by dot. Make them fix it right.

Its not audible though, its just enough of a air leak after a hour or two my air alarm will start going off. So when the auto start is on i get a rude awakening in the middle of the night.

Oh did I mention my load goes from L'Anse MI to Longview, TX? Now how come I don't get loads like that when I'm solo?

In Ellenwood term. Truck got leak fixed on one of the drive tires, then I guess international mechanic that has his own bay here did some recalls last night and the major one the egr this morning. Once fixed taking load to Kissimmee for drop hook then home. Saw on goroehl website 10 drivers are experimenting with cameras instead of the convex mirrors. They seem to like them. Just another thing to clutter up the dash with. Turn signal switches camera to either left or right side displayed on a monitor inside the cab
