delivered in rockport,IL friday after leaving gary then got a relay from beloit.WI to st. cloud,MN to deliver friday evening. spent a lovely night in a snowstorm at that con, some of it helping another driver try to fix his torn air hose (the pull-in at this con was BAD FWD territory of melted holes in ice pack, his E line caught on the fender)....we couldnt get it he called for service

picked up in st cloud for san antonio, ta-has on tues morning. pretty phsyched to head south even if i end up trapped for a day.

So Treefork, remember when I said you should head to Dodgeville and we'd pick up that trailer (for my own devious plans), I'm fairly certain it's still in the same spot.

 

Alabama Mississippi line rest area. Only gained 7 n change hrs. Waited til noon to head to Zachery la GP for load in which I was in and out for the most part. Got as far as I could, tomorrow my guess or goal is Greenville p-lot or raphne petro. Mt Crawford va Walmart DC for Monday. Then homeward bound.

Trying to figure out how to plan like a planner??? Shut down yesterday at 4pm on oh35 approaching wv border. Not a lot of truck stops out here...hit the one side of the road rest area..its nice. Starting out early to get to NC. If..i make it on time...i certainly wont have hours left for a live load there at 8pm.. this will be first run through appalachialand... Weather here is amazing!

 

Love that drive, although I've never done it without it raining.

 

why not? Going to run out of 14? Are you loading the truck? Otherwise after you check in you go sleeper, not using hours.
