Made it home yesterday about 4:30 pm. I spent about an hour at the terminal cleaning out the truck. I don't want the next driver thinking I'm a pig. I'll be at home until Tuesday....I think?

Sitting in Ghent waiting for my 10 to be up. Looks like I'll be going through the snow all the way to Gary.

Sitting in Marshfield on a 34, relayed my load so I can head out Saturday. Looks like red Columbias are the newest trucks for the flatbed fleet, there are a few here now.

sitting at a pilot on I26 about 10 miles away from I95...heading to jacksonville...my load is getting relayed to the train yard there...why its getting loaded on a train to go 5 more hours down the road I have no freaking clue...hopefully I can be home for the next 4 days before I go on army time...it would be nice to get my gear together and inventoried...

At what used to be Bosselmans, now a Flying J (ARGH!) in Big Rapids, NE. I'm so not happy that this is becoming another Flying Pilot. The whole place is a mess with remodeling. Soon it will look like every other clone truck stop with no character of its own.

Anyway, I drove 626 miles in 10.5 hrs today. Not bad considering I started my day in a snow storm in Walcott, IA. Battled 30-40 mph headwind out of NW all day too.

Btw, Chuck Bosselman passed away last Saturday after a long battle with illness.

Wait what? That's weird, you sure they're flats? They have headache racks on them?
