Because of his personal values? That's different for a 'trucking company' isn't it. So I'd assume he frowns on allowing...anyone...else in the truck as well. I appreciate that.

Looks bad on the company. Seems you fall into the old stereotype then. Tell me if you ever see any large company trucks at those places. 99.9% of the time it's O/O or maybe small company truck parked there. It's image, not values.

Floor loaded paper towel load with lumpers lol, so in 2 hrs or so ill be heading to Jonesboro ar for a load going to Wisconsin rapids. I have 2 fms now, a guy and a lady, the guy I'm familiar with and he's ok, the lady I've never heard or vaguely seen. As long as the loads and miles are there we're ok. Last couple not too shabby. My fm went to Volume and is now the operations manager there. Small company 175 trucks less stress for him. He had the most drivers with Roehl fm's go with 82 w/ 43 active at a given time. Oh well

Company policy is company policy. Simple as that.

There's plenty of other companies to work for...

I had a driver pick up a lizzard once. I just reminded him that the insurance isn't that great and probably won't cover syphilis.

Apparently they must get some takers her in Ft Pierce FL because they're out walking the lot at 5pm winking and waving at anyone they see. Maybe they're just students on Spring Break?
