Picked up a relay in Gary, spent 3 hours with maint. Trying to figure out why I don't have trailer brakes only to be sent to Peterbilt, 50 feet away... They say they can get me in around 0400. Joy.

Oh yeah I also met FlatbedTexan today in Oak Creek he was running with his trainer. He's the 2nd to recognize me by my previous avatar photo. I didn't think I was all that memorable, but two people have proved me wrong. lol

I am still at home. Met the infamous DrFlush the other day relaying a load from my house. Nice to have met ya Tim!
So I have had this nagging cough since my daughter went in the hospital. I have had two nights at home where I coughed for like an hour and pulled muscles in my back. My wife made an appointment to see my Dr. this morning and I find out I have walking pneumonia! So I will be at home for a few more days or so on antibiotics and cough syrup with codeine. Can't drive while taking that.
I seems everytime I come home lately that something prevents me from going back out on time. If this keeps up I will have to make an appeal to go on a hometime fleet since it seems I have been on one anyways. lol. So far Roehl has been great about it but I am sure if it keeps up I will hear it. I wouldnt mind just being 14/7 anyways. Maybe they will let me.
I really wanted to be heading back towards Wisconsin this week since my GIANTS kicked the PACKERS butts!!! Woohoo!!! Sorry Treefork and any Cheeseheads out there!!! We dominated and you guys dropped everything!!! Sorry, I just had to. One more hurdle to overcome and we go to the dance!!!
Well time to get some sleep. Hopefully the codeine will knock me out tonight.
Stay safe all!!! -
Take care of your health shots!Shotsjc Thanks this.

Take your truck through the wash. Pull them out B4 going through and then roll them up once they thawed out. Did that to my frozen steel tarps earlier.
OBTW, in Neenah with the 16 degree weather. Bunk heater is struggling and Auto-start has already kicked in once.

I81 at a rest area in VA. Nice little run to start my week out. 0500 Friday drop just over the NY state line.

enjoying the warm florida weather at camp blanding FL....I really miss the road...can't wait to get done with my army time...then I can get back to business...Oh BTW I don't know how many gun nuts we have but I purchased a nice SIG p226 before army time...gonna pick it up before I head out...unfortunately due to rules and the fact we go to canada I am taking it to my gun sitter (bestest friend in whole wide world) and putting it in the safe for when I return and get to the range...

Last night he was in Swartz Creek MI. Heading into Canada in about 20 minutes...

Got my brakes fixed this morning. Trailer brake air lines had ice in them. He had me ready in 30 minutes. Well, plus the 10 hours I had to wait to get worked on.
-
Gary couldn't figure out you had ice in the lines??? You bet I would let them fix anything...
