At the Flying Penn 80 in Milton, PA. I woke up this morning to find out that the planners cancelled my Iowa run and replaced it with a pick up in Rockdale, MA. and delivering in Tulsa, OK. on Monday.

I did a full sleeper reset the second time i ever went there. And the kicker I only was getting two bundles of round bar. Apparently they couldnt find the two bundles for the order.

At the magadore drop yard. Relay load to head home a week into phase III. Relay was late so I didn't get to drop an hook cause I was out of hours and starving. Best part is its been through 2 drivers and no scale ticket. It's 44500 on the bill an relay driver said he scaled at Gary at 80,600 with 3/4 tanks. Lets hope the scales are closed on my way to PA tomorrow :/

What kind of truck do you have and what kind did they? Personally, if a Driver told me that is 80,600, I would have told my FM to pound sand I am not running it because the Driver who picked it the load up should have scaled it in the first place and got it fixed. What is water or paper? You should let somebody know what that Driver told you then you scale it. If it is that much over you tell them to find somebody else to run it because I have seen PA on occasion open those Rest Areas up to check numbers on the weekends. Remember its your CDL not Roehl's and you need to tell them that.

Id scale it to make sure, seems off. I'm pretty sure I've pulled that with full tanks and scaled no where near that number. My truck is 33400 empty and with that weight I'd be 77900. Unless its scrap paper then never accurate. Hoping for scales to be closed isn't a good game plan. If same weight at 80,600 I'd call dispatch. They weren't going to hit a scale house then that's why they didn't scale it in the first place.

I would agree scale it and make sure. I have had relays i couldnt make legal and had them taken off of me. All due to they and I were not willing to play the hope the scales are closed.
