Launched Monday ran out of hos today, over 3500 miles and logged my tarp and securement time. It can be done but makes this old guy tired, I need this reset.

I am only guessing, as I had some confusion with this too that this means starting next quarter that the transition rules will end. SOOOOO, the rule that says you can't go up more than .03 cents per quarter ends and your pay will be tied to what your actual performance rate is! Looking at the scorecard, at least mine, has a red line and a blue line. Red is where my pay is and blue is what my performance is. If RED is lower than blue, after Aug 1st it will always match up. If RED is higher than BLUE then you will fall to what the lower pay level is.

In a nut shell, if you go up, you get the higher level without limitations. If you fall, you fall faster without limitations. Your FM is now totally responsible for your success! They give you miles and your run like hell, or you BS around, have service failures, and don't get miles and lose money.

ALL of this is MY OPINION! I am not sure, but that is how I interpret it.

Back in St. Paul. It's amazing how the miles go when you do about 72 almost the whole way can go up hills without slowing, and just burp the gas, get an extra 5 mph and zip by another vehicle. I was only getting about 20 mpg in my pick up though.

Thats the part Im worried about. Ive never had a service failure, and I run efficiently, but if there is risk I could still fall below my base rate, thats bs.

I don't know starting now, but I do average 2500 a week so far. Recruiter can help you with the pay question.

Anyone with a new prostar have a cooler installed? Which one? The cabinet behind driver seat seems to narrow
