Roehl Driver Check In

Preplan for relaunch tomorrow: Pick up in Ottawa Lake, MI, Deliver in Ridgeway, VA and then back to Ottawa Lake, MI. Yea, I get to drive in the mountains for VA and WV...hehehe!

 

Still home and loving it, you couldn't get me to leave here with dynomite!!!

 

Got my truck back yesterday and came back out this morning. Ran a load to Green Bay then did a drop and hook a couple miles from where I delivered. Now at the truck stop off 43 exit 107.

 

Still at home. Cough and rattle in chest starting to break up. Hopefully be ready to go back out early next week.

 

Spent last night in Brattleboro, Vt and it started to snow before bed. Woke up and the drive across Hwy 9 into NY state was slow go with snow packed mountainous road. The kicker was when I got to the shipper I was told the load shipped out yesterday. I'll give dispatch credit because within 10 minutes they had another load 60 miles upstate in Glens Falls. I'm now camped out in PA & tomorrow hopefully get to my drop in KY. I have until early, early Monday morning. Calling for up to 3" of snow starting tonight. I hope it holds off til I get far enough south its only rain.

 

Last time he had to load out of there he sat for 8 hours...pretty much the same today. He's back in Gary tonight again..left there this morning to unload his containers on California Ave and is back to the terminal with 7 minutes to spare on his clock.

Edit ~ He made it to Lake Station IN.

 

Hey Guys, Just out of school, got my ROEHL physical, and hope to start orientation Monday after next, (30th). Any heads up or advice would be appreciated.

 

I've got some dynomite!!! anyone wanna give me a lift to PA to test this theory out?

 

Did a drop and hook in Sturtevant, WI this morning. Got a pre plan already. One more trip back up north to Title Town to pick pre loaded trailer and I will finally escape Wisconsin. I will be heading to GP in Elwood.
