I would have to agree on the FM situation. I think for the most part, if you do your job the way you are supposed to, they will leave you alone, and let you work. I have had times I've gone an entire 14 day trip, and never talked to my FM, except a couple of messages back and forth over the qualcom, about ETA's and the like.
