Thanks all for your info. I have been reading through these forumns and feel really confident on my decision. There are other companies for beginners, but I like what I have read about Roehl. Once I get my confirmation from Roehl and finish my 160 hours I may have to start my own thread.
(Sorry about the highjack on this one.)

Good luck Tank, I hope it goes good for you.

It would be nice if Roehl offered the 7/7 fleet or 14/7 fleet for flatbed out of their Akron Ohio drop yard.
-
They used too, but I think it is a space issue. The yard is really small, so to assign more trucks there would be a problem.
-
They need to increase Mogadore's size! That place is so tight most of the time!!!! Not a problem just a pain in the ###!
-
The last time I was in there, I had to drop my trailer next door, pull out an empty curtain, drop it next door, hook back to the loaded trailer, put it in the yard. After all that then I could hook up to the empty, and head out... It was fun. Sometimes if your lucky there is someone there, and they can help you with the switch... That is the closest yard to my house, and I think I have been in there about a million times. If your lucky and get in there in the middle of the week sometimes you will find an empty spot.

Last time I was there had an o/o come in behind me. He needed my mt and I was getting a relay. Lol we did a merry go round in the place which was full of mt trlrs and trucks every available spot. Lol. No real issue just had to be thinking too hard!!!!

We don't want to overtax the gray matter...

Headed to Gary on Monday for Orientation. Hopefully I can start my own thread if I survive.
I'm confident I won't have any issues, but you never know.
Once again thanks for all the info that I have read on this forum.
