If you are first starting out, Roehl may be a good place, but they have lots of rules for newbies.
I've been driving for over 12 years and looking for something better.

At least Rhoel is better than CRE, Werner, Swift, etc.

Its not hard to get use to the rules, every company has rules. I never once was micro managed when I drove or questiond about anything. Just be respectfull and dont take your bad day out on your fm or maintence. Save it for the next phone call to a buddy or another driver. Its not bad at all working for them.

So when I'm flat out lied to about eta of a relay is somehow my fault? I let them know if something has made me unhappy, but if anger is getting the best of me I tell them I need to end the conversation. Then I say goodbye. My goal is often to yell after hanging up. Hope I never miss the" end call" button. Lol
I will say my interactions have been much better as of late. I'll stop there before I get rollin. Lol

Today makes one week into EVO 3 for me. Seems like they like to keep me moving, but I think its because I'm cheap right now. Only real complaint I got is the truck they gave me. Mainly the clutch, brakes and bunk heater. But I guess its expected cause I did get it from Gary

I got a awesome truck from gary but I just got lucky. So I take it you got an international? My guess is ABS light, bunk heater wont ignite and clutch peddle is too stiff or the brake dont work good?

Not exactly they need so many loads completed on time so you can graduate from evo3. I have some secrets on the way you run seems to determine how many miles you receive. I dont really want to tell the secrets on here for everyone to know, its not that complicated at all and 100% legal.

Yep its an International. As far as I know the abs light works. As for the clutch they said it might be a clutch-brake issue cause I've had problems shifting.

In my experience it is your fault when they lie about relay eta. I thought 5 hours over was bad on a relay eta, until I got a relay 24 hours late and it was somehow my fault when i didn't have the hours to get it 1300 miles in the day and a half I had left for the delivery time.
