As an inexperienced driver going in roehl is a good place to start. Not sure I would like it much as a more exp set in my ways driver tho. Lots of hand holding and big brother stuff.

I'd agree with this, if you are lucky enought to get one dispatcher and keep them it's much easier, as you develop that relationship you'll get more lattitude. However, it's much more likely that you'll end up with 4 dispatchers in 5 years.Cheryl Thanks this. -
