There is also a FAST card which is just for the US/Canadian border, it cost's $50.00. From what I read, it appears to have the same requirements as the Enhanced drivers license and Passport card, it takes about 6-8 week for processing.

Yeah I just got passport card. Already had book passport so easy to get card. Card is only $30 I think, good for car/boat to Canada, Mexico and Caribbean. Not good for air travel outside US.
