I agree with you. Just don't like the sound of his voice either. Liked the little gals voice in the old system much better.

even though the old music cut out a lot, it was different stuff

 

I was on hold a long time yesterday evening..i rarely call in.

 

It's no longer a "driver line" as it takes to long to just speak with someone. Should be 0 for VM 1 for FM 2 for maintenance. Input driver number once. But now it's wait 2 min to find the number you need to enter wait more ect. Vendors, the mail man and Santa clause options come first we have to wait.

 

I've got in the habit to send Qualcomm that says call me ASAP. Then carry on. If I don't get a call quick enough I make an executive decision and go about my day

 

Protip for breakdowns: Service request is now option SIX under the maintenance submenu. I liked when it was option ONE.
