Roehl drivers that went to RDTC school:

The current tuition is $2800.00 plus all the other costs of attending RDTC. Seeing that you paid the tuition and Roehl does not, did you have to sign a contract stating you would work for Roehl for a length of time? My common sense would lead me to believe that since you paid for it, you would NOT be committed to Roehl. I could understand a time commitment if Roehl paid your tuition.
Also, overall impressins of the quality of the instructors and training, what to watch out for, and tips to remain on their "good" side?
    Thanks

    Don

If you choose to pay the 2800.00 you can do whatever you want regarding driving for them or otherwise with no obligations. They will finance this for you as well. If you choose that option then they will cancel that out over time (60,000 miles for half and then the rest until 120,000 miles). You again are under no obligation to sign on with them after school but would be responsible for paying the 2800.00 loan back in installments. The training is adequate as far as preparing you to pass the CDL and probably better than alot of the other school possibilities.
