That was for c&d, they couldn’t give me an answer on solid waste, I will have to call back today and find out
-
That's ridiculous. Over 1300 dollars for a standard asphalt shingle 20 yard re roof box? Call your local roll off places and see what they charge for a dumpster. Maybe that is the norm..Mike2633 Thanks this.

I’ve looked at 10 places. 15 yards are averaging 400, 20yard 500-55, 30 yard 600-650.
I’m thinking the landfill and transfer station for regular trash is going to be cheaper than c&d I hope. I guess we will find out. Maybe there’s a lot less money in the business than I thought or I’m just missing something -
That is something I’d like to consider in the future but I’m not sure how you even get into that, it seems like there is a bunch of the big companies they already do the hauling around here.

I maybe interested. I'm North of Baltimore.

Hey pal, let me know if you have a moment to chat. Would be great. I am in the process of opening a dumpster business

May I ask why hooklift over cable? if seems like the hooks are way more versitable until it’s time to dump them. Thoughts?Poptko Thanks this.
-
Hooks are a little faster and you can trailer back a box with good wheels on hard pack, but cables are over all more versatile. More types of boxes, heavier lift capacity, lower height requirements, ect...

Is there a reason it’s always conventional trucks you see and hardly ever see cabiver trucks? I thought cabivers were good for getting in tight areas.
