Roll over

I was going through the gap out by Asheville
An idiot with a coil on was racing in and out of the left lane
Just after he passed me, he tried to jerk back to the right lane at the bottom of a hill as the road was curving left.
Those chains snapped like two pound test on a muskie
The coil shot through some trees and landed 300ft down in a river.
The truck was upside down across the freeway
He climbed out fine somehow but had clearly pissed himself
I told a cop I would sign a statement that he had been speeding and using the left lane
He pointed to a line of angry truckers and motorists
It was too long
The freeway was closed ten hrs.

 

You find another driving job yet or did you company keep you?

 

I own the company. So I kept my job. I won't be getting back in a truck for a while though. I suffered a TBI. My neuro said it might be a few more months or a few more years. He really doesn't know.

 

Well now I'm confused. Good news that you didn't fire yourself. Bad news about the injury and hope you heal up quickly.

I know how hard it is to get another driving job after a roll over so I had a lead for you but nevermind. Lol
