    To answer the Op’s original question, yes your mvr is still clean if the accident does not show on it. (You still ned to disclose it on an application tho)

    Your other question. You accumulate points on your cdl the same as a regular drivers license. By receiving & being found guilty of traffic infractions. Ex: getting a ticket & paying it not fighting it, or fighting it and loosing.

    There's got to be 50 ads a day on Craigslist
    Looking for drivers out of Tyler.
    Somebody will always hire a class A CDL driver.
