Ronnie Coleman - Mr. Olympia

Does this mean I am finally able to beat up Ron Coleman?

 

I had a friend that started coming to the church I attended and he went through the same thing. He was a body builder….. as he got older his body deteriorated, I can’t recall the diagnosis though….

 

I can’t imagine what all that heavy lifting does to your heart (arteries in particular) let alone your muscle mass.

 

What we don't have to imagine is that you'll end up a cripple competing as a professional wrestler. Yikes!

 

My father did weightlifting when he was younger and he was always buying muscle magazines, some of those guys back in 1980s and 1990s were RIPPED!!
Their chests were bigger than their heads!!
Not to mention they almost always had veins popping out of their necks!!

Of course some of them were using steroids(of course they were absolute beasts using those) but those that used paid a heavy price for it,usually with fatal consequences.
