Sure you can wear shorts. I wouldn't be walking around in those booty shorts though you ladies seem to like to wear. I know this is probably not going to make sense, but if you stay covered up you actually remain cooler than wearing a tank top and shorts. Not to mention your skin won't be smelling like burnt flesh when you get back to the hotel. Nothing around the classroom or range area that I was aware of to get fresh fruit from. Unless the roach coach has some.
Rookie right here

true, like the field workers? ok im going to have to buy some dickies cuz jeans are too heavy and too hot. thank u so much for passing the knowledge!
-
Exactly, like the field workers. Yes your going to sweat, but that's what deodorant and showers are for. The orientation is also a few week long job interview. Show up looking presentable ( leave those shirts with your favorite beer at home), alert, with all documents you might need. Grab a seat up front or the middle of the classroom. The ones in the back rows are usually the guys that you won't see in the second week.

If they haven't changed the schedule much you were waiting out front of the hotel at 5:45. I would reccomend being there no later than 5:30 though. Usually back to the hotel between 5pm and 6 pm. You will be tempted to take a nap during those videos. Don't! They will be watching and listening to everything you say and do. For example I seen a guy take some Tylenol in class a few days after the whiz quiz. The next day he all of a sudden had to take a so called random piss test. If you can't stay awake and alert in a classroom they probably figure your not going to do it on your own while under a load. You need to pass all tests and quizzes with a minimum of 80 percent. They are all open book. It amazed me how many couldn't find the answers when all they had to do was read what is in front of them.

Usually one, but there will be other staff in and out constantly. Enjoy these last few weeks in your bed, going to be a long time before you see it again.

How long did you study for your CDL permit the first time? Ohio has 50 questions and you need to get 40 right or its a fail. As soon as you miss 11 the test stops.
I went in today to pick up my study guide and the lady there asked if I wanted to try without studying. She checked my eyes and sent me to a computer.
I asked "does this count against me if I fail" she said not at all. You can come back in tomorrow if you like. every day until you pass for free.
I made it to 37 correct then poof. I missed number 11. Oh well, I will study the HIGH ROAD series and the state book for a day or two and try for real maybe Friday.Shyne_E_Star Thanks this.
