I don't mean to sound harsh.......but you had 3. Regardless of contesting one......you have 3 documented. Werner was letting you run with 3 accidents. That's pretty forgiving in my mind.

The you buy into what a head hunter told you.

    Then you dump Werner.

Then you are surprised that you are out in the cold.

I have seen prettier train wrecks.

How was the 3rd one falsely charged/reported? That's the one I don't understand. Obviously somebody saw you hit something and called it in. Are you saying the park trucks ran into YOU??

You are going to have to explain that one better. Personally I'm not buying what your selling

Is this a joke? You screwed up. Admit it and move on. It is not acceptable to hit things in your big truck ANYTIME. It is not acceptable to get so far stuck in the mud that it takes a derrick to get you out. How much do you think it cost your employer in a wrecker bill to fix that screwup?

You called it deceptive hiring practices. He's a recruiter. His job is to try to get you into a job. They don't know everything and do not make the final decision on your application. You also said you had a "couple of preventables that were very light". NO PREVENTABLE IS LIGHT. They are by definition "at fault accidents". And you had 3 in less than a year's time. Remember now, I had given you kudos previously. So I'm not coming at you from any other angle. Now, you had 3 preventables in less than a year, and yes, a u-turn causing your trailer to hit another truck is a preventable accident, and even if you got out an looked 3 times, the end result was still an accident. There's nothing to contest there. You also quit your job, even after they let you stay on after this, for "greener pastures". Not saying Werner is a great company, but they did agree to let you stay employed after that, which you should have been grateful for, and maybe even asked for additional training. The title of this thread, as stated above, should be "Don't do what I did"'and "Learn from my mistakes". I hope it works out for you and you've learned something from all of this. Don't bite the hand that feeds you, especially when it's not deserved.

What were you contesting and how were you contesting it? It doesn't sound like you had a leg to stand on. The chargeable accidents that you describe are all preventable.. You were probably into Werner's pocket for close to $8k or more.

3 times in one year send a message a pattern is developing and something worse may happen. Try going for one year clean before moving on. Yes, it can be done

You think if he was paying the wrecker bill and the repair for the fairing he's get the picture. It amazes me the attitude of "well it's drivable so what's the big deal?"

You should try US Express, I've yet to see one of their trucks without a bent or missing fairing.
