    Just recently I’m finding out that lift axles on 4 axle dump trucks must be steerable and cannot be controlled by the driver.

    So we will likely have to upgrade to newer trucks or change the lift axles to steerable ones.

    Ohio was famous for watching multi axle trucks lifting axles to go around a corner and then lowering them.

    Boom permit violation, revoked and busted back to 80k gross. Fine started at 80k.

    You are now allowed to do this.
