We have a 2007 International 9400I. Truck suspension slams on almost every bump. Checked ride height, replaced 4 shocks back in July and rechecked yesterday. New cab air bags and shocks back in July. Air bags are all inflated. Driver says it slams so hard it knocked the microwave off the shelf. Any thoughts on where to go?

Yep. Checked that as well, and even followed him over to pick up the trailer.

Slams so hard on what? and where and how fast?

There are some bridges that are bad and capable of this "Slam" you speak of. Throw a mini strap over the microwave and don't go so fast over that spot that slammed the truck.

Not sure about your international. But if I was in your position I would start check omg bushings and mounts. It doesn’t take much slack in a cab mount to make the shocks ineffective.

Airbags inflated? That’s always a good thing. Did you set both suspension and cab heights to spec? Got to be at correct heights. Next, as mentioned Cab bushings and rear spring bushings

Sounds like mine did when it needed new shocks on the cab or sleeper I guess. It got them the very next day when it bottomed out, that literally hurt.
