Route guidance help, optimizing route app?

    We currently have around 450 customers that we pick up.
    I'm looking for a way to move away from having every customer and every route memorized to being put in route guidance software. To keep track of who's been picked up, who shouldn't be picked up, and some route optimization.
    Not sure where to look. Any ideas?

    You have to arrange them by the day, same area, no doubling back, circles patterns is what we used a WMI Los Angles back in the 80s. routing should not be a big issue,
