    Take the 15 miles.

Consider this. 15 miles is a easy sunday drive compared to a day of heartache and regret. Plus being laughed at again on these forums.

Im pretty sure that sign says 13.6 but I see that far end how the pavement comes up and I don't think that will be enough. Too iffy to try it. I'll go the 15 miles around.

As a side note, to TEASE you a little bit gently, why you worry about 15 miles when you got 3000 to go?

Calling the people in the know (Cops, City shop, Reciever) is a sign of a thinking trucker. One who values his CDL, and career.
To get advice and information prior to making a decision.

    Yup, go around.

If you are right near there get your tape out and walk over and measure it. I'd probably go for it.

Yeah walk dow n there and look to see if scrape marks along the walls from previous trucks etc. Looks like a toll booth entrance which many are really tight ! But 15 mi ain't nothing compared to being 1/2 way thru and Yikes !

Looks wide enough to me... You will see a lot of this in Chicago. You will fit, just keep it centered.

5 of the most accurate words a truck driver can hear. Not possible all the time is true. I know when i was driving part of my loads sent to my QC had phone numbers directions if asked for with special notes detailing hazards. The photo looks like you have plenty of room with regard to height. Not sure about the width. Hard to determine.

Yeah, right. The office lady that knows how to get there in her car will tell you a sure fire way to get there in a big truck. :tard: that's just asking for trouble.

    your day will come.
