Recently bought a 2006 KW with a MXS C15. According to the tach it is idling around 400 rpm. Either the tach is off or it is idling too low. It seems that the tach is right to me but we'll see. Going to the shop to put the labtop to it tomorrow. Anyone have any ideas. What should I have them program it to idle at if the tach is correct?
TIA

My 06 Mxs idles at 700.

600-700 is normal.
I like my cats to idle at 600. -
The Mxs is set idle at 600 cold then bumps itself to 700 when a bit warm, that's spec for the acert Mxs.

I don't think it'd run too smooth at 400, 600 is the min setting, 700 is default. We leave ours at 700, new Pete mirrors shake too much at 600. If it's idling OK, it may just be a tach issue.

Hook et up and see, may just be tach. Idle should be 700. Cold mode it will idle at 600 then it will go to 700 after some heat is built up in engine.
