They are part of the new hearing along with the Department of Labor and FDA. Protective activity was established according to the initial investigation. Also, my termination could not be supported by the Department of Labor.

It is sad when some people think unsafe working conditions that injure, kill or poison another human being is funny.

is all the drama necessary, don't really understand how your saying cross contamination can happen when the food is in the package inside of a case.If Kroger is ok with damaging there goods why do you care I don't think anyone is going to buy a case of yogurt that's busted open If the truck was unsafe don't drive it all I know.what county is this lawsuit in. As far as a woman being killed because a pallet of water fell over doesn't even sound right did a fork lift driver have it 10 feet in the air when it fell over

Pallet of water stacked over head, tips and strikes head possibly fracturing spine?

Yeah, it could happen that way. We are incredibly fragile creatures and die very easily.

Can you name a human being who has been killed or poisoned by a pallet of food in a Walmart trailer?

It sounds to me like you discovered your job was going to be a little less glamorous than you expected so you are trying to spin out some kind of jeremiad. Good luck in court if you can't even convince your peers here in a forum that is not particularly friendly to Kroger, Walmart et al.

Corporation's like Kroger and Walmart have a way to make their negligence and (breaking the law) go away. I find the lack of integrity from those who question the importance of safety in the workplace amazing. Having been a driver forty-years, I certainly understand our world is not perfect. I also understand glamorous is not a word I would use referring to driving a truck. Your attitude and lack of principles are the reason truck driver's are manipulated to ignore unacceptable conditions.

not me, so i had to look that up

The Cassandra metaphor (variously labelled the Cassandra 'syndrome', 'complex', 'phenomenon', 'predicament', 'dilemma', or 'curse') occurs when valid warnings or concerns are dismissed or disbelieved.
