I decided to go with Ruan, and so far I am very impressed. We're only a couple of weeks into the transition, but I've already noticed a big difference. They put a huge emphasis on safety. We run flatbeds out of my location, and they've given all the drivers intensive training on load securement. They also make sure that I have all the equipment I need to do my job the right way. If I don't have something, I ask for it and I've got it the next day.

The one disappointment I have is that their health insurance benefits are terrible. I signed up for their middle tier insurance until I found out that it had a $4000 dollar deductible per year. Their premium level insurance has no deductible and no copays, but it would have cost me $800 a month for a family plan. Thank goodness my wife was able to put me on her policy.
