Business have the right to refuse to serve people.. you can issue a ban and bar order for him.. where he would not be allowed in the store..

The store can call the police.. non emergence number and let them know of the situation... they may have a standard for that would be filled out..

When the driver shows up as soon as he call the police and an officer will come and give him the ban and bar order...

If he returns to the store, even just on the lot call the police and can come arrest him...

Unless I'm reading this wrong he's there on personal business, not as a driver making a delivery.

Kick him out, refuse to serve him or just deal with it. There's no need to bring his employer into it.

    Call (417) 521-3200

That's a basic switchboard number. You can ask for dispatch and ecolain the situation. If he's driving unsafely as you described you can ask for the safety dept.

One of our rules is you treat others the way you want to be treated.

I would have turned his sorry ### in the first time or told him off myself and ask my boss if he would ban him from this store for good then call Prime and ask for another driver from now on.

Why call his company and tell? Why not just confront the A-hole.?And kick his sorry (A) out? I don't see a need to run and tell his company, chances are they know he's a douche

Why call his company? Just another way to hold him accountable for his offensive behavior. It sounds as if his parents didn't teach him much so he is going to need many people telling him what his parents didn't. If Prime wants to hire warm bodies for seats then annoy them as well.

Eh, could just be I'm an A hole myself. I just think if someone is rude they should be called out right then. Kinda like public shaming I guess. Chances are he's a big ol' (well you know). And if you call him out it'll make him shut up and leave.

Now I understand the people questioning a call to the company. I agree wholeheartedly on the call him out. Call him out AND call Prime.

So every Prime driver knows about the Prime Police. I'm not one of them. Fortunately I haven't seen another Prime Driver do something so egregious that I had to call safety or dispatch so I've really never faced the dilemma of having to tattle on somebody. What I can say is that running over shrubbery is generally frowned upon. Doing it repeatedly shows a disturbing lack of concern that perhaps he needs to be counseled on.

Personally I like Prime but I rarely wear company paraphernalia. In the off chance I get into some sort of disagreement I would rather not drag the company I work for into it.
