Not trying to start a fight here but CSA2010 has a bunch of new regs in it to be inforced than we do now, every little thing is going to have a point asessed to it, the problem with the point system is so many law inforcement officers interprit the regs diffrent, for example i was moving a dozer last year went through 2 diffrents scales in 2 states 1st state no problem sent me on my way next state NY got pulled over in a rest area did inspection did'nt like the way i had the dozer chained down mined you i had more than enough chains according to dot regs but this guy did'nt like that i had it crossed chained said it was no good put me out of service and made me put 1 more chain on and did'nt even check to see how i did it now i have a os and point's on my record for unsecure load because this dot cop did'nt like the way it was chained down thats the problem i have with this each dot cop interprits the regs diffrent and its an unfair set up if they were all equal in each state then fine but there not. I have no problem following the law when it's inforced the same accros the board.

I usually use fairly good grammar and I spell pretty well without spell check...But I would rather read southernprides posts with whatever spelling and grammar errors that are there than read some trash that's spelled well and puctuated correctly!
We've been through the spelling nonsense before and it's kind'a tired...Southernpride is a well respected member of this forum and has earned every bit of the respect that he gets...If you don't like the way he spells, So What?outerspacehillbilly, dino6960 and 112racing Thank this. -
I welcome southerprides thoughts over any grammar police poster anyday! -
As I said, if you are writing to or calling an elected official you will be ignored if you speak or write like an idiot.
If you want to be listened to, speak like the professional you want them to treat you like.
southernpride may be a respected member here. That is fine. I choose to ignore his posts because I don't like trying to decipher them. I really wasn't trying to bash anyone. I simply wanted to say if you want to be taken seriously speak or write as if you are a professional.
Sorry if I'm coming across wrong, I do have the best intentions.Last edited: May 9, 2010

Catch my drift? Or do I need to spell it out for you?
He owns a trucking company and employs drivers and seems to do quite well for himself...He does all of those things in spite of his self acknowledged lack of formal education...
I'd much rather sit across the table from him and have a conversation than sit across the table from someone that has such a problem with a few spelling errors that he can't even read the words that contain a ton of useful information whether you agree with it or not!
outerspacehillbilly Thanks this. -
That's fine.
Thanks outerspacehillbilly, I do appreciate it when someone points out my errors. I like to fix them when I can. -
See everybody makes spelling mistakes, even you.
I have had many phone conversations with the man and he does not talk or act like an idiot. He is a professional. I hope to be as successful as he is when I'm his age. He is not the worlds best typist so what.southernpride Thanks this.
