Rumor of Trans-Am going to 100% Independent Contractor.

And taxes and recruitment fuel any number of things

 

well we have almost 1500 trucks on the road and only 800 lease trucks so it might be awhile.
We only have a handful of local drivers I think there are 6 day cabs in the lot
And i see more people in the office everytime I am there
Trans Am is like the goverment if something doesn't work micromanage it and hire more staff
I am not a third party and I approve this message

 

I don't think this will happen


You have to have company drivers as O/Os whine about every load that isn't perfect

 

i had a 3 stop 3 day delivery with only 6 pallets last week i thought i had become a LTL driver was only 775 miles too
