Ok so the idea is to create a excel sheet to help out with the costs of the business does any one here use any software or have another sheet to help control how your business run ?

The values on my sheet are not real values.

How much per years for tires and where should I place the tires on Fixed ?

I update the sheet with Plates, cell phone etc.

I was telling you what my costs were. I have no idea what kind of operation you plan on running-your costs could be totally different.
