Company doesn't have APUs or even auto-start to keep batteries charged. Truck has a 1500w inverter. I was wondering if anyone has experience using an RV/Marine deep-cycle 12v battery to power a 12v refrigerator in the truck? Not sure if the battery would be able to be charged enough after 10 hours driving or if there are any other obstacles to this idea.

10 hours runtime will reset . However depending on temperature and efficiency and wiring . Be careful excessive heat starts fires . You will need to pay attention to temperature and economy . On your unit . I have had both success and failure . Good luck bud .

You can get a life po4 battery with a charger and use your inverter to charge it up

Afraid of the refrigerator running down the truck batteries overnight. Maybe it isn't something to be worried about?

A 12v fridge will NOT run down your battery in one night if your batteries are in decent shape. I've left them on lots of times all weekend. Unless it's middle of summer it will be fine for a couple of days.

You can also do regular 110v fridge running through inverter. Batteries will not die overnight

I ran the factory 12v fridge, another 120v freezer, my laptop and a few other tiny things with the truck off during my 10 hour break and my truck started every morning for about 18 months of that. Now I use this https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0F42CSQWG?ref=clp_hp_h_pc&th=1.

If all you are doing is charging your phone and running a single fridge, you can run that off the trucks battery as others have said.

If you are a company driver your questions are moot. You can not modify the equipment.
