Curious? How's that rebate reported? Since it's a cash payment, would it not be reportable income and subject to tax?
I'm pretty sure it flows to the 1099 since it's coming from JCT. I'm not 100% on it because I really didn't fuel at Flying J's last year.
I mean if anything it would reduce the amount you were writing off for fuel expenses since it would technically be considered a reimbursement kind of like the fuel surcharge... I have to ask my CPA father to be sure...
Is it just my truck or do these apu's suck ###? Always under voltage drop down to no power and then powers back up and if it's hot outside it shuts off after like 20 minutes
Sounds like you have a loose belt. Need to take it in and have them repair it. The under voltage happens when you have a loose belt.
Soooooo now you're told where to fuel the reefer? Jesus why don't they just admit you're company drivers renting a truck
... We don't pay for reefer fuel they do so they kind of have a say in it... Even though all it is is them trying to bump up pfj volume for higher discounts that don't REALLY get passed down... They going to get eaten alive on ifta when California puts the new fuel tax in effect though...they going to have to do something to entice us to fuel in state to take some of the burden off, like give higher pfj rebates in state or something... because any time I go in state I go with enough fuel to get out unless I'm going through Fresno and hit the eztrip for low fuel.
