Alienware was bought out by Delll a few years ago. There still OK but not the leader they once were.

If you want a really good gaming laptop check out Razer's offerings at Razer - For Gamers. By Gamers..

I know about Dell. Not thrilled about it, but they are what I've wanted for a lot cheaper than the high end guys. I'm not into online play. Right now, my most graphically involved game is Civ5. Planning on getting Civ6 soon. Maybe play some Left4Dead, or games like that, but mostly alone.

I can't stand those square, flat keys with little space between them. My fingers are big, and are always hitting a second key.

I'm looking at an R4, which will likely last me the next 7-10 years or more, depending on future component compatibility.

He can be. But you definitely don't want Shaka for a neighbor!

Yay...MIL illuminated again. What's the code? Oh yeah 5444 FM 1. AGAIN. Oil separator speed low.... Again.

At what point do they maybe replace the separator and sensor at the same time on the chance that it may not just be the sensor the last 4 times...

It's more electrical than mechanical. Pretty sure I have a short somewhere.
