I've talked to this guy about tips on the dt12... His numbers are insane!

 

Henry's numbers are insane, so is the amount of money Freightliner has spent on RD as well as the time he has put into trying different aero items to help.

 

Why do you have to drug test if out of the truck longer than 2 weeks?

I’ve read this Henry’s story before. Sweet set up he has with Freightliner. The Cascadia he had previously,(provided by Freightliner) had 2.25 rears under it. Don’t know about the 17’ he’s in now. Those rears with efficient driving habits would explain those numbers. I’m not sure about the drivability of that set up though.

 

Anyone know if the Publix in Orlando, FL has overnight parking?

 

Here's his specs currently. Though I thought he was running 6X2 he's saying he's running 6X4 in this one.

Engine: Detroit DD15 400 HP 1,750 LB/FT
Transmission: DT12-DA-1750 heavy duty 12-speed direct drive automated manual
Rear Axle(s) & Ratio: 2.16 Detroit rear axle with active lube management

 

400HP and 2.16 rear ends? I’m assuming he never goes near a hill with that setup.

 

I delivered to Publix near airport last summer and was told by gaurd can't park there until after 8 pm I think.
