Running with JCT, Part Deux

The one Hazeltine National Drive.

 

Sandlake is the dry warehouse. Hazeltine is frozen/refrigerated,they have a big parking lot inside the gate. But as someone said don't think you can get in till after 8pm. It is just off of the Beachline expreeway( 528 toll road) just across from airport.

 

Just swapped the load to FL because I didn't have the hours to make OTD. Before I could even send the macro asking for my new paid miles on the previous load, they sent it to me. I couldn't help but chuckle and think that they have picked up on my habit of asking after every swap.

 

Hazeltine is fairly new only been open a couple of years. I live in Sebring, Fl. Been to most all Publix dc. They have a small one in Sarasota too. I don't work for JCT but I'm always keeping my eye on you guys. My son has one more year of high school football then I'm looking for something else maybe before if elogs are too big a hit on my regional cow hauling.

 

Wind was a beast from West Texas to Demming, NM today. Started my day at the J in Tye TX, exit 277 on I 20. There were times when the truck couldn’t do 55. That was on flat terrain at 72000 lbs. gross weight. My fuel mileage for the day was 5.98 mpg. That is the absolute worst my 17’ Cascadia has ever recorded.

 

You know how you go through your daily life not paying attention to things that don’t pertain to you? I do anyway. I just now figured out that a macro 17 sends your settlement to your Qualcomm. I was looking at random macros and figured that one out. I’ve always used the Transflo app to do that. It only took me 26 months to find this macro.

 

Yeah winds been a beast up on the 40 to last few days. ScanGauge been showing a tank average of about 6.5 on me. I'll be curious to see what my official mileage is on this tank usually going into California and coming back out I get it pretty good mileage Spike for the speed drop but not this time...

 

Nothing beats walking back to my truck at a rest area and having the driver next to me pissing off his catwalk not 50 feet away from a restroom.....

If my fat ### can get out of my truck and go to the restroom his skinny ### could have...
