I had problems with my qc, now I have a new one...that's voice activated...

...and just charged me with 27 SECONDS of drive time.....

 

Can the voice activation be turned off?
I HATE anything that's operated by voice commands.
Of course I hate elogs all together.. lol

 

Well it requires a action phrase so...it won't bug me.

I actually think it's kind of interesting because you can tell it to tell you your hours and it'll give you a breakdown of all three and you can tell it to turn it's screen off...big plus

 

I can now confirm that PFJ customer care has no issues refunding a paid parking reservation. I had thought I was going to need one yesterday, so, I bought one via the app. A few hours later (just before the noon cutoff time), plans had changed.

I called customer care and cancelled the reservation. Before I could even ask about a refund; she told me that she is now sending the refund through the system. I checked my account just now and the refund is there. Along with the shower refund from Loves.

 

Okay this new Qualcomm blows...

I just got 19 minutes of off-duty time transition to drive line....
