That's crazy. Reminds me of the movie The Chase.

does any one on here know about jct logistics as far as own authority hubby has his own truck and currently drives for jct and in the final wrap up of getting his own authority just curious if you all know of any drivers on this board that has their own authority he has his contract but after review the contact from logistics there is no where stated as to the pay per mile or freight.

I could be wrong, but with his own authority, he will be dealing directly with the JCT Brokers based out of Ft. Worth. The rates are little more variable I believe depending on the circumstances of the load.

Working for the brokerage side... $250 weekly trailer rental, you pay for the freight insurance. As a new MC your rates will be at least 14k your 1st year with 6k up front. Your pull from jct's freight board and have no set rates.

I love Channel 19 in Ontario.... Some guy was saying he was selling a brand new Jake brake rebuild kit for a flatbed reefer.

Said hed throw in a blinker fluid funnel.

Carrier sucks. I could go into a long story here but really at the end of it.
I'm just left with Carrier sucks as a company.

so he would be better off just doing his own authority under load boards such as dat or something. thanks for your input
