Of course there is... "it was like that when we got it so why should we have to fix it?"

    Come on now...

You're right. What the heck is wrong with me. Expecting someone to actually get something fixed between Indiana and Texas.

Anyway.....breakdown wasn't happy with me because I forced the issue of doing a road call. They wanted me to take it to the shop to get fixed. I told them that if I took it now or over night on my way to Laredo (an 8 hour drive from Ft Worth) I was at risk for not making OTD not knowing how busy the truck stop shops are. And that the team should have taken it to the shop to be fixed instead of pawning it off on me. They weren't happy about it, but they got road service coming out.

If you ever come here (GDC/Carne Express) make sure to have $100 cash for the loading fee. They only accept cash. The up side is that if you don't; they will still unload you and you can go use the ATM or cash an EFS at the truck stop 2miles from here and come back. They will only give you your signed bills when you pay the lumper fee.

Also, park on the street and check in at the front office. They will (and they did it to a driver while I was here) $250 for pulling in without being told to. They have a sign syatimg such.
