Along with cleaning products, buy several boxes of baking soda and put them in the truck like you do in your fridge. The smell will be gone pretty quickly, but not overnight. Nicotine is a stubborn beast.

Nicotine is a stubborn beast. :yes2557: Most products only try to eliminate or mask the smell , only way to get rid of NICOTINE residue is to scrub the surfaces, I have found NICOTINE buildup on the inner cab shell after pulling the interior panels and insulation out of used trucks to get rid of the lingering smoke odour :(

You get back unless something on truck needs to be fixed.

Well. My truck which is still at Freightliner in Flagstaff has #4 rod bearing spun and no compression. The truck I picked up at the Las Vegas Freightliner had the #2 main bearing spun and had a new motor installed. A $30k job done under warranty. If I convince JCT to install a fridge and alignment at no cost to me (since my truck had a good alignment and I paid for the fridge in that truck), I will consider keeping this truck. It is a '12 and has 441K on the ecm for miles. The truck was detailed and had a brand new mattress still wrapped in plastic when I picked it up. And, no smoke smell or discolored windows from cigarette smoke.

It was also a '12 Cascadia with just under 394K on it.
